Reload, then kill the guy in the settings menu 15 times, which means you need to click on him 30 times total. Make sure to click the flag 4 times after this step, or the following steps won't work. After that, type "SECRET UNLOCXED..." in Phase 2 and a toast will appear and the next time you reload the bonuses will be there.
